The design of the house combines a traditional Mallorcan exterior with a contemporary interior, without compromising on comfort and using top-quality noble materials such as Pollensa stone and Porreras sandstone, various types of wood (iroko, oak, and pinsapo), iron, and more. The final result is the product of a great deal of time spent considering and perfecting every detail. From the architectural design by Jaume March, in collaboration with Comfort's interior design team and Daniel Suárez, to the landscaping by Jardinería Bisanyes, which has created a magnificent garden full of color by planting Mediterranean species that require little water and are better suited to Mallorca’s climate.
