A multi-family building located in the heart of Puerto de Alcudia, just a few meters from the promenade. An old two-story house situated between party walls had to be demolished to make way for the construction of a building consisting of a ground floor, four upper levels, and a rooftop. In response to the increasing demand for smaller homes, the decision was made to construct two apartments per floor: one exterior apartment of 90 m² and one interior apartment of 60 m². The Palma-based studio Riutort Arquitectos developed a minimalist and timeless design using noble materials such as white limestone and iroko wood.

 

The soft colors and modern interior design lines combined with these materials ensured that the resulting apartments and commercial spaces were extremely well received.
