Cas Frare Turismo de Interior is the second accommodation built by the Worthington family, founders of the Mostatxins group, in the heart of the walled city of Alcudia.

The original mansion, built in the late 19th century in Spanish Modernist style, had been closed for years before the renovation began. The fascinating architectural details it still retained posed an exciting challenge during the renovation work that started in 2016.

During these works, the characteristic high ceilings of Modernist-style buildings were preserved, and the beautiful original north pine wood doors, common in most Mallorcan houses, were kept. Eleven suites were designed with private bathrooms, each named after a Spanish Modernist painter or artist.

We also restored the old colored stained glass windows, the wonderful main staircase, and the beautiful irregular stone floor where the breakfast room was located.

Finally, an English-style cocktail bar was designed, and a pool-jacuzzi was installed in the inner courtyard, following the same pattern as at Can Mostatxins Hotel, for the enjoyment and relaxation of future guests.
